From the moment they join our team, providers are supported with training, mentorship, and ongoing development opportunities.   • ORIENTATION SESSION

    New providers begin with a structured orientation that introduces Olidia Autism’s mission, policies, and care philosophy. They learn safety standards, compliance requirements, and expectations for patient interaction. This foundation ensures providers start their role with confidence and clarity.

  • SKILLS TRAINING

    Providers undergo training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior management, and communication strategies. Hands-on practice allows them to apply techniques in real-world scenarios with supervision. Training ensures consistency in care and prepares staff to support children effectively.

  • MENTORSHIP SUPPORT
